Set width and keep proportions

Use this for images that should share a consistent width on a website or in a document. Enter the target width; the height follows the original aspect ratio. A 1600 × 900 image becomes 800 × 450 when you choose an 800-pixel width.

Fit within width and height

Enter the maximum dimensions for both sides. Each image fits inside that box without being stretched or cropped. For example, a 1600 × 900 photo fitted into an 800 × 800 box becomes 800 × 450.

Square with padding

Choose a square canvas size. The full image fits inside the square, and the remaining area uses your selected canvas background. This adds padding rather than cutting off the edges of your photo. Choose PNG or WebP to keep the padding transparent.

Resize several images in one pass

  1. Add up to 20 images, each no larger than 20 MB.
  2. Choose your resize mode and dimensions, from 16 to 6000 pixels.
  3. Select an export format. Leave Allow enlarging smaller images off to avoid scaling up small originals.
  4. Process the batch and inspect the resulting dimensions. Download individual images or all completed results as a ZIP.

Will every image have exactly the same dimensions?

Width and fit modes preserve the original proportions, so outputs can have different heights or widths. Square mode creates a square canvas. Small originals remain at their original content size unless enlarging is enabled.

Does enlarging improve detail?

No. This tool resamples pixels; it does not reconstruct missing detail. Use a larger original when a sharp, high-resolution result matters.

About processing and privacy

Image pixels are processed locally in your browser. Background removal downloads an AI model and runtime from IMG.LY on first use; that provider receives normal download requests, not your image files. The model download can be large and may take a few minutes. Keep this tab open while processing. There are no analytics or ads on this version. Files are cleared when you clear the batch or reload the page.
